Now, this is probably the stupidest thing anyone of you has ever heard.

But what is the best martial arts for a female to learn? Take note, this friend of mine's goal is losing weight, a little defense and offense and of course, para dili kapuyon dayon.

Take note, my friend's a girly-girl who has never lift a finger in her life. Wala na kasuway og work at home and sa gawas. Fully supported by her family so she's really really weak physically. But she goes to the doctor regularly kay hypochondriac man and very healthy nuon. Although we do belong to the same group, at least, i go to the gym so active ko gamay. Siya, wala jud. So, dali ra hanguson.

I think FMA/Eskrima might be able to help her.......
I teach parts from the Dacayana Eskrima System (a mix of San Miguel Eskrima, Combat Judo and Wing Chun Kung Fu) together with the Villasin Balintawak style.....

I teach for free by the way......

    Sincerly yours,

Wow, that's nice that you teach for free. Are you sure? She can be a handful. When we were young, we took ballet together and it was a disaster. The teacher told her mother to quit coz she really was hopeless. Can you handle her?

Nobody can force her to learn, but if she likes to learn. Martial Arts also teaches her discipline and learning FMA/Eskrima will develop more speed and muscle since we train with the Eskrima stick....

How old is she by the way?

    Sincerly yours,
