with that budget, honestly i dont think you can buy a 10" netbook at this point in time. not even an 8" netbook.
but who knows, you might be lucky.

The problem with us most of the time is, if we purchased something we thing is really nice, we would tend to get stuck to that specific time we purchased the item. We fail to update ourselves to the current market place and trends of the product that we have purchased months ago.
Mao na ang mga tao diri, mamaligya sila ug second hand unya ibutang nila ang price pagpalit nila which is around 150% sa current market price sa item.
Pero naa man sad daghan no-on mga tao nga na stock-up sad atong mga panahuna nga pagtan-aw nila sa item kay mao nay presyo mao mopalit sad no-on. so mao nang, buyer beware nalang gyud kay sakit ayo paminawon mahibaw-an nimo nga imong pagpalit sa butang kay mas mahal pa diay sa brand new! haha
