The seller pmed me that the unit belongs to his dad and he is selling it. Why in the hell would his dad sell it to his brother? Ihatag nalang diba . . . what a lame excuse
More importantly, he says he is a law student. This should be more than enough reason for him to respect a valid contract especially because he knows about the law, more specifically the Law on Obligations and Contracts.
I am also thankful that this happened because what if something will happen to the unit? . . . unsa man ang itubag . . . basin "wala raba ko kahibalo ana bro kay sa ako na papa"
