Im not religous or anything so I dont know exactly but as what I was told, when ur up there, u will feel absolute happiness, the past becomes the past, it wont be the same like here on earth. U wont remember ur parents or loved ones as they are. Its a place where everybody unites as one.
So meaning... u wont feel anything coz u will be in a diff level or state.
does that make sense?

honestly, what you were told is the same as the fundies textbook answer: when with GOD, nothing trumps happiness with GOD. even if your beloved are down in the pit.(as what one fundie replied)
