Salary increase is good for those people who are working. But we cannot deny that there are lot of filipinos who are jobless rightnow. Balik jud ko sa ako point saka sa minimum wage of course the price of all commidities will also increase even the basic needs to survive will also increase. Now kadtong walay trabaho unsa nalang man ang ilang power to purchase those things.

Of course they have to find a job, very simple solution.

I really hope madayon ni nga increase. Just to be fair lang sa mga minimum earners. WE have been WORKING for years with unhuman SALARY. I hope dili lang ang inyong bulsa ang huna hunaon ninyo. These Chinese businessmen/women wants us to work with low pay forever. WE deserve naman a good life please lang. WE already suffered for years. Now is the time for salary increase. 125 add on is not even enough to sustain our needs as minimum wage earners.

Im 100% sure that there will be jobs available. Ayaw lang mi e bluff please. If I get fired now, I will always find a job. Thats simple. Kanang mga tapulan, mao na ang walay future jobs.

frankly this 125 wage increase is not even enough but sadly most business hereÂ* are not thatÂ* competitiveÂ* either and are not competent enough to give this kind of increase , the most logical thing to do is not to depend on salary especialy( its better to have some kind of small business or sideline to grow to) if you are employed in the private sector or unless you are a high rankingÂ* part of the company. Only in the govt sector at the veryÂ* least you have someÂ* kind of long term protectionÂ* you can spen your whole life carrer there .

Well sideline jobs is good. To add income. But how about my time with my family? I have a wife , kids and parents to care, to spend time with?

Whats the use of my income if I dont have time for them? Please we are human also. We have families and our bodies are not machines which can work 24 hours. We need to rest.

If we will let these small companies to close down, it will end to thousand of jobless people in the country. We must bear in mind that we have many small and medium size enterprises working all over the country which could possibly close down because of the legislated wage hike. This will only lead to economic sabotage.

The Regional Wage board, I think, is having consultations with the workers so as to answer their concern. If only we could possibly reconsider the situation for the betterment of all of us. We could come up to a better solution that would benefit all of us.
