Yeah, it’s important. There are only two possibilities in life. It’s either dying too soon (premature death) or living too long (old age/retirable age). Death is everybody’s end. It’s a full stop and a point of no return. It’s something that we all know will happen but just don’t know when. It is one thing that’s certain in our lives that’s why we need to prepare for it like there’s no tomorrow. Life insurance is competing against time (It’s beating death, disability and sickness); and there’s no better time to start getting ourselves covered than NOW! DEATH is just a matter of time. SICKNESS doesn’t ask permission. We may get DISABLED anytime between now and then; and if we don’t die too soon, we will RETIRE with our old age, and where do we get money for retirement? Of course, from our SAVINGS accounts (if we have any). An alternative to the low yield bank deposit, is LIFE INSURANCE!
Life insurance for average people is about creating money for 1. RETIREMENT, 2.EDUCATION, 3.SAVINGS, 4.EMERGENCY FUND and 5.SICKNESS or CRITICAL ILLNESS. For the rich, life insurance is 1.WEALTH ACCUMULATION and 2. A WAY TO PREPARE TO PAY OFF THE ESTATE TAX when they die with a lot of real estate and fixed assets rather than pure cash.
Life insurance today serves a lot of purpose. It’s an investment! Unlike the traditional ones, variable life insurance has a lot to offer in terms of living benefits. With the old-fashioned or should I say traditional life insurance, you have to die in order to get your Sum Assured or the benefit. While in variable life insurance, you will enjoy the benefits while you are living. It can be tailored according to your needs (as a pension, retirement fund, educational fund, contingency fund and savings). You will also have the option to get your Sum Assured upon diagnosis of a critical illness, like Cancer, stroke, heart attack and etc., and can also still even get a daily hospital income of either 1,000 or 2,000 per day, up to 365 days, according to your plan. It cannot replace your medical insurance since its reimbursement process but it sure can help you with buying your meds while you’re recuperating.
Now you see why you need to get a life insurance! There’s no better day than TODAY! Choose your life insurance agent wisely because you’re agent is supposed to take care of you and your family’s financial needs while he/she lives. It’s his/her duty to serve you 24/7 when it’s life-related issues.
If you need more information about financial planning or life insurance, just PM me. We can talk about it and I’d be happy to give you assistance on matters of your family’s future finances.
