Red face Help! Tamron or Sigma (70-200mm f2.8)

I plan to buy a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens for my Nikon DSLR (D60), and I'm torn between the Sigma and the Tamron brand... Their prices are almost the same (Can't afford the Nikkor 70-200mm VR). but what about IQ, Focusing Speed...

Need help from those who have first hand experience with these lens. What would you recommend?

And, also, where to buy... I'm thinking PixelPro (Parkmall) or MarkYap (Gizmo emall)... hmmmm...

I would suggest getting a tamron. But not sure if will fucos on a d60 cause i think the d60 doesnt have builtin motor compared to higher models. How about a 70-300 VR instead?

Tamron has one with a built-in motor so it would be able to autofocus w/ D40/40x/60.
Tamron SP AF 70-200mm Di LD (IF) Macro Lens Review: 1. Introduction: Digital Photography Review

I'll be needing the f/2.8 aperture for low light photog. I don't think the 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 would be sufficient though..

Here's what I got so far researching on the net, forums...

    Sigma Tamron
    - Fast autofocus (HSM) - Slower AF and a bit noisy
    - IQ good until about 150mm? - IQ good at extremes but less sharp on mid-range?
    - Very good build quality (EX) - Not as good build "plasticky" daw
    - Focusing issues/bad copies - Not many news about front/back focusing issues,
(need to calibrate) heard news about one side not as sharp as other
    side (Imbalanced)?
    - Service Center/Calibration here in the - Need to send to Japan/HK for servicing?
    Phils. (JT Photoworld)

Correct me if I'm wrong on some of the details..

But I'm leaning towards the Sigma right now.

Yeah that's what I read from forums and reviews...
They say that Tamron is sharper wide open (f/2. but is soft on corners.

    Tnx for your comments bro.
