If you are a breeder and had a litter of puppies, you are given 6 months without penalty to register your litter of puppies with pcci, this is allowed just in case you have puppies that die in between. I sincerely believe not everybody will register a litter on the day the puppies are born becoz you can never tell what can happen before they are vaccinated and sold. As for me I always make my litter application when all the puppies are sold. When you apply for the papers of the puppies, many things can delay the process, make sure the stud owner and breeder is updated in his or her membership becoz both must be updated before the release of any papers.Most of the time the breeder is informed to shoulder the update of the stud owner's membership in order to allow the papers to be release quickly. Color of puppies if not provided also becomes a problem as PCCI needs the breeders comfirmation on this before any release.
Its true that when the papers arrive the breeder will sign Sec. A to transfer its owner to the new owner but Pcci allows the process to go one step ahead if ever the breeder signs a supplemental transfer during the application of litter registration with the new owners application of ownership which allows the new owner to be in the pedigree as owner.
This is the case where Camella's pomeranian was transfered directly to her bypassing the breeders original pedigree which bears the breeder as the owner. These are few of the little things that I learn from the process as I have encountered recently. Hope this will enlighten everybody....

see... these are the minute things that we onlookers learn along the way... this thread actually is slowly transforming from previously negative into a more positive development. i for one, didnt exactly know these stuffs but becoz of this thread (and the furtherance of explanations from both sides), i am more aware... and hopefully others too!

Ang ako lang kay na grabehan ka dugay jud ang process.As a newbie, makulbaan sad tawon ko.

Kung ingana diay nga dugay dugayon ang process which pede ra unta ma process dayon, at least mag initial payment nalang unta para fair.(Dili pareha sa ako nga gipabayad kog full payment 20K and wait 8 months and 2 weeks para sa papers)

And for the TITLE - From the date I purchased the pup (Jan 8 to June 26,2009), I consider him BOGUS..Until then...

But now I have the papers with me..And hopefully this won't happen again.

next time, dont buy if papers are not yet ready and available... much more, pay for its processing...

bro can you tell me (even in pm) how did you do it? i have several dogs for transfer to my name and im thinking of doing it myself too... the check payment ato pod iapil pagpadala sa pcci? woudl there be someone from pcci to call us during the process?

i think kaila ko ani niya na edward. singaporean ni cya. i think naka palit mi og 2 dogs niya. kinda expensive ni cya. pure rot.(one of my fav dog(RIP)) and pure miniature schnauzer (NO BALLS). ni saad cya naay kuno balls but wala. sayang kaayo. sugot unta cya i.uli if walay balls. but lisud na kaayo i.uli kay same bday nako ang dog.
