For me, it is a balance between both..There are things that one can avoid especially when they are already known to have bad consequences..However, there are stuff which needs personal experience before one can truly know the effects on the person as well as to those around him..

Doing the right thing = result of experience.....

So i guess the two goes together.....we will not know if that's the right thing if we have not experienced it. But sometimes, we just know it's wrong because we know somebody or someone who is in the same situation as you, so to speak, and knows how it ends....you get my drift?

In other words, the experience also of others could also play a major role in our decision making. That is why we know if we are doing the right thing or not...so basically, experience and "doing the right thing" goes hand in hand...hehe....personal opinion ko lang po...
