Bag-o ra baya kaayo tu nila na renovate ang ila facade pero maayo man sad nga mu expand sila..

In my own opinion, I think this will be SM's 4th argest after the completion:

1. SM Mall of Asia (opening on May 2006)
2. SM Megamall
3. SM North EDSA
4. SM City Cebu
5. SM Southmall

Ni settle na ang soil diha bro. That was true before pero ni settle na ang yuta. Also, ang foundation pod sa building (same with the existing building and the Sheraton Hotel) goes beyond the soil itself. I remembered katung sa Sheraton Hotel when they made the foundation they had to inject piles of steel into the ground using a sophisticated machine.

Way kasudlan ang SM sa kahangol nila sa ginansiya.Â* Nagdako ang mall which means it will spur more consumerism among the people. People will spend in frenzy like termites eating your house.

Loy, nahibawo ka ngano dako ang mall sa Manila? Naa may demand didto loy. Mas daghan ang mga tawo therefore mas daghan ang mamalitay. Impractical mag padako ka sa imong mga establishment kung walay demand. Tanawa ng Ayala business park. Kadugay na ana wa man lagi tukuri ug mga buildings.

The point is you cannot ARTIFICIALLY spur development. Expansion or development will only happen if there is demand. Na hala pagtukod mo ug mall sa SRP aber kun dili ba na langawon.

They just want to awe Cebuanos of their penchant for constructing building.
