i have a 40 meters area which need fencing. pls give me quotation how much will it cost if done a contractor. hope it will show the detailed breakdown for the number of days needed for labor and the materials used to complete.

pls refer below for the details:
- area: 40 meters
- total height of fence: roughly 7 ft
- height of cement: 4 ft
- height for angle bar: 3 ft

what should be the normal height of the hollow blocks for the foundation?
