hmm how about doing a weekly show of alt.country and freak folk and modern folk rock? u know playing artists like Ryan Adams and the Cardinals, Steve Earle, Elvis Costello, fleet foxes, Bon Iver, Wilco, Sugarland, The Avett Brothers, and the likes....

too sad to say but most station's playlist is the Program Director's choice and not the jocks.. ang DJ, dili na jud na pure DJ sila. mahulog nalang nga radio personality ky mag agad rana sila unsay playlist nga ihatag sa P.D.

==> You have a point. This is the SOP of every radio station but in NU Cebu, we try to listen to all the suggestions and then we include these in the playlist (provided that manila has no objections) =)

how about putting up a heavy metal show that cater to all metalheads in Cebu? like sa Manila naay FM station didto nga mopatukar ug metal music both local and foreign every thursday night from 11-12pm. ubay2x pud nga mga metalheads ang maminaw sa ilang show. and to think diri sa Cebu daghan na ang nakabantay nga buhi kaayo atong metal scene diri ug dili pud kabintahaan atong mga local metal bands i'm sure daghan ang mosupport ani. pero syempre kinahanglan pud ang jock ani nga show daku pud ug knowledge about metal music ug open siya sa mga subgenres ani like thrash, death, black, etc
