i don't know if it is their HCD's or OPs idea. but i believe it is with HCD. that department is so disorganized, that they always change their processes.
here is what i meant by promoted but NOT.
a person who have good metrics/stats are "promoted" to L2. the are made to sign a form that tells them that they have 3 months "probationary" work as L2. I don't know where they got their math, but 3 is not equal to 8. Yes! the poor "L2" people had to endure hard work and "kasaba" from management and all the while getting a Level 1 salary - for 8 months!
In fact, the level 1 people who only has their metrics to concern them, gets more than "L2". and dig this, there is this one "L2" who only got 5k+ for several payday, while his L1 agents got 8-9K. imagine!
and then the latest news. they had their "L2" and "TL" sign a contract telling them that in case they are not confirmed, they will got back to their previous positions, meaning, Level 1 agents. waaaaaaaaa. PLUS - they will not be getting any backpay.
And do you know why they made these people sign the contract? Because the contents / conditions i mentioned above are nowhere found in Teletech's original contract. So! they are making up their own policies.
they made these poor people suffer for 8months, instead of 3. and then just like that, they are demoted back to L1. they say, they are not demoted, since they were not "promoted" in the first place. Watda!
here's another one, the newest "L2" waves will not be getting the usual rate of the pioneering L2. The pay differnce? 10K! Watda!
And management are looking out for faults and "misperformance" and reasons to fire out the original crew, just so Teletech will not be paying the original contract price of 25+. and replace them with people who will be underpaid by 8-10k doing the same job. IMAGINE THAT.
I say. Raise the bar. File complaints. I want to make a callout to all those who have worked with Teletech. Especially those who were forced to resign for unreasonable things.
Time to make your voice heard. speak out.
ciao.
