i dunno if you're tryin' to combine gates to get it's equivalent and stuff like that or just plainly asking what gates are.

ayaw lang kahadlok anang gates, they're merely switches with their own truth tables.

adto nako but before i go, let me introduce you to the universal gate, the NAND gate.
with the NAND gate, you can pretty much combine and play with it and get other gates' function.
