As long as it's dated unya ayaw ablihi... in case nga naay plagiarism nahitabo, naa kay proof nga imohang material mas nauna. This is just a poor man's solution - and I have no idea if it holds water ug magkinasohay diha sa Pilipinas... I know nga di ni siya acceptable sa States tungod nga dali ra i-tamper ang postage stamps, etc...

The safest way is to file a formal copyright application sa copyright office mismo.. I don't think you need a label to apply for a copyright for a song/recorded material.

Im sorry, not label...a publisher something diay ^^ yeah i guess its less complicated here sa pinas...you just submit a cd and the lyrics ok na sa philippine national library....

i talked to the band streets of may, theyre from new jersy...grabe daw sa gawas, kinahanglan notes sheet jud daw para ma copywrite by law.
