OT: just found out that the BBRC was designed to hold 250 prisoners maximum...and look at it now it has 2500+ inmates!!

^^@chygurl..dili problema ang eskapo diha..ang problema kai dili kaatiman ang 10-30 bjmp personnel nga magbantay..mao daghan modus sulod sa prisohan [drugs, alcohol, deadly weapons..etc]
imbes ma rehab ug maka-amgo ang piniriso musamot hinuon ug ka sungayan
