    To those who believe in God-im included hehehe- yes indeed this is a reminder.
    But to those who do not believe in God, then this is just an accident that a boy accidentally helps a woman.

    nice story... but have you ever thought of the people who died by hanging? how come the boy did not come to their aid?

    this is what is called reality... we are no all lucky enough to get something good... thought about why "good" people usually die earlier than the "bad" people? if you want to talk about statistics, check the news for the number of bad news compared to the good news...

    what if the boy did not come to that old woman's place? wouldn't she be dead and this would be a non-existent story? if you talk about god, this is basically the same...god is not there all the time or even not at all times...

    great luck for the old woman but bad luck for the people who died hanging with no kid banging their door...

    i was blessed upon reading this...i know that, God is in control...maybe it was not the time for her to go away..God uses a very simple tract to change the lives of people..this is really a great challenge for us...

    I dont get it? your saying God is not Everywhere

    First of all, asking why "God let bad things happen" is basically moot. God is not a divine dictator. He does not point his almighty finger at people and stop them in their tracks from doing things, good or bad. He allows people their free will. He can do anything. ANYTHING. But he will not interfere with a person's free will.

    Secondly, do you accept the idea of a conscience?
    That guilty feeling people get when they've done something they know is wrong. That's not just an inherent "moral compass." That's God, quietly prodding people and letting them know that He is hurt by what has happened.

    Just so you know.

    @pigrah

    god is not just "not everywhere"...he is nowhere...

    the free-will you mentioned is the best thing that jesus/god given... why? you making him/her a pontiuos pilate... i mean, he/she will not be blamed if something happened to you...

    conscience... this is the "literal" meaning of moral...

    @kenjoenue
    i believe she had a really good luck at that time and she changed her mind about it because of the message the kid had...

    what if the boy turned out to be a loanshark's collector? or guys that does the repossesion of the assets? do you really think this story ended the same way it did with the boy?

    guys, this i may call as "luck of the tire (ligid)"
    not always that we are down the concrete...sometimes we're up spitting dirt towards the fender...
