Really?? LOL Just because Cebu Province has a little stake in CPVDC does not mean it runs IT Park

IT Park is operated by CEBU HOLDINGS INCORPORATED, an AYALA Affiliate , who has a 76.6% stake on CPVDC..... If IT Park is run and managed by the Government then it will be the same as the other Government run projects. It will be dirty, dilapidated... Take a look at CICC... It is falling apart... If there is one thing the Cebu Province is running in IT Park then it is that parking lot that no one is using....
If you want to buy yourself a clue.. Why dont you compare IT Park and Cebu Business Park... The same isn't it? Or are you telling me CBP is managed by the Province of Cebu?

All Tomas has to do is have another "joint" venture with the Ayalas and if they find it lucrative and feasible then you will have another IT PARK "RELATED" to that of LAHUG... After all isn't the CPVDC an Osmena creation by the name of LITO
