they can't stop the doctors/nurses from going abroad...they have the intellect and skills but the gov't can't provide them enough compensation as compared what other countries can offer..

i think that nurses abroad earn times 10 than their supposedly starting salary in the phils..as much as they would love to serve our beloved country, they chose to be practical..

so what LAW would that be? if ever there's this law, can they possibly provide work for these nurses with just compensation? (knowing the no. of graduates every year and the limited hospitals in our country)
