Diff bet. 15" and 17" rim

depende kung unsa nga wheels imo paliton sir. I have a 16s Evo Regamaster by Desmond and its lighter than your average 14s 0r 15s wheels. palit ug 15s nga Rota then compare it sa 17 nga Rays TE37, asa mas bug'at. FC? depende sa imo driving habit. bug'at ka ug tiil taas jod imo FC.

share lang ko sa akong experience. sa akong corolla XE before, naka 15" ko then after pagchange nako to 17" ni gamay jud akong fuel consumption pero nibug-at padaganon ang sakyanan very slightly. for me, masganahan ko sa 17" kay nindot tan-awon.. =)

Thanks kaayo sa inyo advise mga bros... actually 1 set tire pa ako paliton coz ako spare tire kay dili naman ma tabang og bulkit.. the reason ngano 1 set instead of just 1 kay para daw balance ngali .. like di daw angay e pares ang new tire with old tire...

And i came up with this topic since mu palit nalang man ko 1 set tires MAYBE apilon nalang sad nako rims since duda nako naa nasad deperensya ako 1 rim gud (naka dagan while super flat hehehe)

Guyz, im planning to buy a rim? some suggested nga mag 17" daw instead of buying same size rim as my stock. can u point out the difference? by the way the unit is civic esi.

bro. nindot lang ang looks when your using 17 rims but when it comes to performance 15 is better in milleage and tread wares 17 man gud u have 2 exert extra effort on your rides dili ka pataka ug agi while sa 15 pwede ma rough or smooth drive.........

huh .. i dont get you sir and please indicate what 17" & 15" rims nga moabot ug 10 kilo differnce. and the tagtag part, depende sa psi sa ligid and your suspension.

sa tinood pa 17s n 15s i compare nimu maski light weight pana maski di paka bugat ug tiil reality and proven mas bugat gyud ang 17s never siguro nahitabo nga mas bugat ang 15s kay sa 17s... once mabutangan na ug hangin imo ligid which is heavier?? ang 15s with tires or 17s with tires meaning mas bugat gyud ang 17s... thus increasing your gas consumption.. aesthetically mas gwapo gyud ang 17s but sacrificing FC..

i dont think so. a 17s light weight wheel is lighter than a common 15s wheel.

195 55 R15 + ordinary/copy wheel is heavier than 205 45 R17 = light wieght wheel. air has weight and the thicker the tires the more air you need to fill it. you need more air on a 195 55 tire than on a 205 45. now tell me, how come nga mas bug'at man ang 17s? ive been to many sets of wheels. 17s, 16s, 15s and even 18s on our fort. my 16s & 17s wheel and tire combo is lighter than my 15s wheels and to think that they are made for performance and racing purposes pa.

kung mag upgrade man lang ka ug wheels palit nalang ug daku. for ESi sakto ang 17s or 16s. gamayan rako sa 15s but AFAIK, ang stock rims sa ESi is 14s (i had one b4). unless kung magrezing-rezing ka, i'll go with 16s or 17s + lowering springs. about sa tires, yes barato ang 15s pero if you can buy the rims then you should be ready and should have money to buy the tires. and dili sad bitaw ka kadaadlaw palit ug ligid.

yes. posted na nako sir. ESi stock rims is 14s so 15s is already an upgrade pero gamay ra jod ang 15s.
