the cardboard washers are for non-metalized holes. cardboard washers or any other insulation should never be installed on metalized holes, the metal is used for grounding purposes. almost ALL motherboards today use the metalized holes, fyi which makes the cardboard washers useless.Originally Posted by limes

I believe it has something to do with PSU over leakage and improper grounding.

heheh... nabuhi man balik ni ako thread.
solved naman ni nako hinu-on by adding a grounding wire. but additional knowledge would also be helpful to others. thanks sa mga nagdugang ug additional info.

dapat pud magslippers kay ang germs musulod sa cracks sa imong tiil. mas maayo jud mag slippers nlang ka pirmi pero tangtanga lang na cya kung muhigda naka kay mahugaw nya imong higdaanan

these are nice info! especially about the foam behind the mobo. i'm a noob at this. should i remove mine? i only use my pc for browsing and downloading. it is on 24 hours. i occassionally check temp, and the maximum temp i've seen so far is 45*. is this ok? Originally Posted by poldopunk

Kay naghisgot man mo ug grounding. Kana ba ug me hikap ka sa usa ka taw mo kalit lang ug ground. TInuod ni ha. Kay kung sige daw atubang ug PC mao daw na reason. Kadaghan nako ka sulay ana. 8 hours sa work then naa imong kauban galingkod then maka hikap raka niya ma kuryente dayon ka. Kasulay mo ani?
