yes he was paroled and if memory serves me right, i think not for illegal possession alone but for reckless imprudence. i forgot if it was with homicide.
but my point is, that there is still hope.

Pres. Arroyo recently pardonned & freed those who are old aged and still serve thier sentences..maybe Paco and others will be freed also, but not until they will become seniles
