Why should you demand empirical proof for matters of faith?

Johannes Kepler burst out into praises for God during one of his astronomy studies. If I recall well, there is no instruction banning religious acknowledgements in these scientific forums. Free speech does apply to all.

While I admit that Ramini was a bit too adamant in his method of pointing out this fact, the fact DOES remain--this is a science thread--as such, supernatural assumptions and its various components and facets have no place in this section. If you want to exalt and praise, there's the spirituality and occult section waiting for you.

Take note--Kepler was a seminarian before he became a scientist, not the other way around. Old habits are hard to shake off. Furthermore, it doesn't necessarily mean that if I say "Holy Christ!" when I see Jupiter in my binoculars, that I am being religious or spiritual about the matter.
