tinuod na. we used to have icafe before. my dad bought a power saver, kana naa sa tv. sad 2 say mas ni dako amo kuryente. my dad even measure of how much the increase and its around 20%up using a electrical clip ( i dont know the exact name but its look like a scissor wer in u will just clip it to the electric wiring to detect how much will be its consumption). so my dad wanted to get refund he also wanted to bring it up to DTI. buy u know government...

i dont believe those devices. so i never entertained them.

the only salesman i ever entertained was that gasul thingy that will automatically shutoff the lpg supply if there is a leak in the house. atay! naa pa'y actual demonstration! kuyawa nako oi! kato effective to! kay safety device man!

basta to save on electricity... turn off unnecessary lights. turn off the tv/dvd player/ stereo/ computer when not in use. dont use microwaves, grillers and rice cookers if you cant help it!

Hi everyone, iver heard about this "power saver" thing many years ago, ang wala jud ko mo too nga naay mo kagat ani. Please everyone, ayaw mo too ani. I graduated BS-Electrical Engineering and have passed the board examination just last 2006 so fresh pa sa ako ang concept & principle of electricity, right now i am working in a power distribution company (TransCo), base on the knowledge and experience i have learned, the only way to cut your power bills is to cut the duration you conserve electricity. Power saver device is made up of capacitors, capacitors or synchronous motor loads has the characteristic of improving the "power factor" of the distribution system. The one who will benifit if system power factor is good is the generation side, not the consumer side. Capacitors will reduce the looses in power, thus poviding the system efficient supply. We are talking about the "System" not individual houses, wala tawn ni apekto nato oi, bisan unsa pa ka nindot or ka bati ang power factor sa sytem, still, voltage that will come out in your houses is 220Volts dili na mahimong 250 or 130 volts. now let me solve your consumption.

Energy - the one we are paying (KWHR)
Voltage - Contant 220-230V
Current - Depends on the load Power consumption
Time - Duration of consumption

Energy = Voltage x Current x Time

significance of this, with or with out "power saver" device, your appliances will use 220Volts of voltage, with or with out "power saver" devices, your 15Watts lamp will still use 15 Watts, with or with out "power saver" device your appliances will consume rated current for each device, otherwise it will burn. So never will it happen that a single 12,000 power saver device will cut your bills that easy, cause if realy does, 12,000 or even 500,000 is a cheap price considering what magic it can do.

i will take the challenge, to those selling this device, let me try this device, if it will realy cut my bills, i will let my license be revoked!

I understand dili kaayu masabtan akong explanation, maybe because sa terms nga gi-gamit. but before considering this product, have your research first.

para nako, ning work man ang power savers.. naka save ko gamay.. ako man jud ge patanaw sa akong electrician and iya jud ge subay and iya man ingun na ok man daw to ako gepalit, i'v been using it for the past 4 months and ning ubos bya among electricity consumption.. taga istorya ako gepalitan ato..
