but fasting is a good solution not just for the spirit but for the body. Try skipping a meal or 2, do it every other day until you can do w/o eating for a day. Just make sure not to over do it.
sorry to disagree but according to my doctor friend fasting is bad since you're doing a yoyo diet. pila ka months gagmay ra kag kaon unya mo lose tuod ka ug weight pero after pila ka months your appetite bounce back. gahi na ka mabusog. sige lang kang gigutom unya mo gain na pod kag weight. mas maau kung mokaon ka pero watch what you eat na lang. moderation in everything. especially the snacks. we always thought that biscuits are low calorie snacks when in fact it is the opposite.
