it is not true, pero sometimes makato-o sad ta, especially kun kusog ta mokaon ug tambok sa baboy... have you notice nga ang tambok when combined with cold water, even ato-a i-refrigerate mo solidify making these fats hard to excrete. bitaw just wanderin kun tinuod ba gyud ni, cause in my case lami gyud inom ug bugnaw which I have been doing. But kun mokaon ko litson, murag magduhaduha gyud ko inom ug bugnaw, especially ice cold softdrinks.... unsa kaha ni kATINUOD...
i don't really think the tempreture of water makes the diffrence in gaining or losing weight...

Drinking cold water doesn't make you fat, BUT makes your lower abdomen(bilbil) susceptible or vulnerable to growing fats. If your on a diet, it really helps not to drink cold water but only tap water temperature. Take Manny Pacquiao for instance, if he's on training he doesn't drink any cold liquids water included. Check out and go figure his abs.

Mao niy gi ingon ni Budoy nga mo Busdik imong tiyan og mogawas ang original sigbin ini..hehehe!! mao lage basta human kaon ayaw gyudmo drink dayon og water wait for 45min kai para dili mo gawas ang sigbin kai mo busdik man ang tiyan..Ayaw pag saba sa agawn kong unsa imong sud-an ha!
