the discouraging thing about todays trend is thAT people no longer seek music on their own. they eat whatever the media is feeding them.
if the media feeds the genre emo and MCA Philippines decided to compile an "emo" album that includes Aqualung, Lifehouse, and The Wallflowers, then something's very wrong...
Actually i dunno how MCA Philippines got away with this. I mean do they have employers who actually know about music? Aqualung? Lifehouse? The Wallflowers? EMO? O my goodness...

and i heard an emo girl said to me she's currently digging a new emo band. i asked what band. her answer shocked me.... RASCAL FLATTS!!!! OMG! Do we still have ears to discern? Since when did Gary LeVox, Jay deMarcus, and Joe Don Rooney became emos
Just because they covered country folk singer/songwriter Jefrey Steele's What Hurts The Most na emo na sila? kuyawa gud hehehehe....
