for me it's OK if the schoolsto pass business taxes on students but they should provide proper protection to students and make the security visible to all.

taympa, nagbayad man nig income taxes ang schools and hospitals, ang gusto paninglon sa city govt business taxes. pero ngano wla man ni sila gkiha sa city govt kung nakalapas pa ni silag balaod? year 2000 pa man kaha ni? paghudlat ra ni iyang Tomas da, wala na man gud income ang syudad kay nihinay na man ang towing! hehe
