    you can get professional advise there.....with videos. tried and tested by many....im on my way to it but it's a long way....determination and perseverance is the key....no pain, no gain.

    exercise.. and diet...

    every morning.. i drink milo..

    lunch - vegetable with pure orange..

    dinner - 1 cup of rice ug less protein food actually vegetable japon..

    i do curl - up and crunch ( for the boys)

    diseplena lang miss sa diet og exercise... kung ok ra nimu weight nimu karon, then exercise nalang no need for diet na but maintain lang jud imu weight

    diet,jog...effective sa akoa... basta every meal dont drink cold liquids..lukewarm water to aid fast digestion

    lisud gyud na paniwangon ang tiyan kay naa man diha ga pondo most of your body fats. ang genes pod sa inyo family, kung tiyanon imo mama ug mga relatives nga baye dako gyud ka tendency nga dako pod ug tiyan. tan-awa pod imo body shape ug bone structure. ang uban man gud unrealistic kaau ug ambition like mangandoy ug body nga pang bikini open gyud. kung dako diay kag rib cage and hip bones imposible kaau na unless pa sap sap ka. hehehe

    ang ako lang ika advice nimo is diet and exercise lang sa tarung. don't expect too much. just love your body and what you can achieve with it. don't ever compare yourself to other girls kay lahi man mga tao.
