okay ra man ang slimmers, relatively cheaper jud siya compared to fitness first. ok lang siya, but smaller ang place and then dili jud kaayo daghan ang equipment. but still, okay lang, because of the price.

me and my pangga recently signed up for their 6 months promo for PHP 5,000 (buy 1 take 1). kung ikaw lang isa, it's good for 1 year. i didn't know naa pud diay PHP 4500 for 6 months? hey, that's not fair! ....

I go to Slimmers' World

Wala silay monthly, but naa silay 3-months, 6-months ug 1-year plans. Wa nako kahibaw kung pila ila promo karon, let me ask. Pero before naa sila buy-one-take-one promo. They'll come out with it occassionally, so huwat lang.

I availed of the lifetime membership promo before they expanded. P25K ra lifetime membership - unlimited hours na na, and free use of equipment, showers, locker, etc.

Operating hours is M-F : 7:00am - 9:00pm, Sat-Sun 7:00am - 5pm. It can get really crowded at night, pero maarang ra man mi. Karon I work out in the morning, so it's not so crowded.

When you avail of their plans, maka-apil na ka sa ila aerobics classes - there's aerobics, step workout, TBC (exercise with light weights), dancejam (dance and bellydancing) - this is my favorite workout ug traditional hi-lo impact aerobics.

Daghan pa sila additional services, like slimming treatments, massage, personal training, but you have to pay extra for those.

I've been there for three years na, happy man pud ko sa ila. Plus maila-ila na nimo ang mga instructors and the staff, so I don't want to move to another gym.

Sometimes muhatag sila ug 50% off sa one year membership like 6thousand...(12T na ila one year, 33T ang lifetime, bag-o na ni nila nga price karon tungod sa evat) naa sad uban makabayad ug 8T. are you a girl?
