here are my thoughts ;
1.for the business to continue to bless other people by providing job, it is imperative it has to survive.
2. in difficult times, it is important to cut on excess overhead...if not it will close down and immediately loss more jobs for people
3. cut excess labor hours, reduce water and electricity expense.
please note i mentioned excess labor hours, i would presume that operations now is over manned since the company they are supplying is down. everyone can share the burden by having to work only from 8 hours a day to let say 3 hours per day. this way everyone still has his job but has to sacrifice for the business to thrive.
items 1-2-3 are the reactive measures,
4. pro active measures ...(increase sales)
check out the competitors of the company they are supplying, basin na a pa untapped market
