i did this for about a year, and it truly is a humbling and powerful experience for me... its true this is so difficult to achieve mao na 1 year ra ko... you need to have patience and perseverance to become one... for me this turned out to be a positive experience and I am planning to be back doing this soon....

One issue to point out here is that some kids tend to "go" straight-edge simply because they want to be branded as a pure punk/hardcore kid when in fact, you don't have to be straight edge to be punk/hardcore and being straight edge also doesn't make you MORE punk/hardcore.

Simply put in my opinion, anyone can be straight edge and not know that they are because they've never heard of the term and or lifestyle called "straight edge". For me, it's just any person's way of life and a simple decision - the term straight edge was just coined to give a definitive name to "that lifestyle"

mao2 sad jud.. sakto2... samot kung kasuway,, dili bya lalim!! magpangita jud bya!! well, just go on in your lifestyle but make it a habit also na healthy lifestyle. ok ra makulilong nagsa kay human man ka but as a straight edger per se, na lisod ayo na. cant see someone right now.. sa casual tototot pa lang daan, addictive na. lisod! ahhahaha.. mag pangita! samot na kung tagay! peace yo!
