yeah, it's the real world. but f we just let people like my mgr rule this world, we won't have much of a future. and I often think that people who become victims of office politics are often the people who make waves. those who just come into the office, do what they're supposed to do and don't bother to go further than what expected, are often left unnoticed. modugay man gud cla sa ofc but they will be forgotten when they leave. but i'm sure they're ok with that. their purpose in life is nothing but mere survival. it's just that i think it's a pathetic way to live... I know nga dili sila ang dapat mo "rule the world".. but your going at it the wrong way... rather than mo trash talk ka.. be proactive.. find a way na ikaw na puhon ang mo abot sa mgr position para you can do some changes. I'm actuali not here in ds forum para moreklamo; it's too late for that coz I'm no longer in the company. I just wanna air out some sentiments I had with the company and to also make other people see what's rili going on in thr.Wala may mausab sa sige ug reklamo.. nya sa forum pajud ang reklamo.
When I was thr, I cudn't c any other avenue to talk about ds. And my manager is knda "close" to the top honchos of the company so thr's no way anyone wud listen to me. But anyway, enuf abt ds. My only purpose s to air out, and I think I've done too much of it alredi. Gud luck nlg sa mga mo-apply sa ncr. Hope u won't hav d same xperience as I had...

I guess every comapny has it's positive n negative side... ang a2 lng likayan ka-ng compny nga grabe ka daghan ug negative feedbcks... ma-elhan mana ba on how many people resign ug kng pla r ang average stay sa mga employees..
