    dili lang Civil Engineers, anybody, if presented the opportunity to make extra income...limpyo man o dili..mopaak gyud. Ikaw kuno be, naay project, it cost 1Billion pesos, ikaw ang final approving authority...unya ang contractor moingon nimo nga...sir! kami bahala nimo, 10% sir, OK na nimo? hehehe


    Dili kaha ka moingon nga...make it 30%, no further questions na!

    kinda true bayah jud nah, and take note, Contractors are not the only one doing these kind of dirty works...

    katol lang jud kaayu na sa kamot gud, imagine, if a structure requires an estimate of 100,000 blocks, a charge of .50 per block will benefit you 50,000 pesos... imagine that.... ^^

    naa man gani streetlamps nga tag 100k, pentium 4 clone nga computer nga overpriced, apil na katong feeding program nga murag pang pamahaw man tingali to sa mga batang estudyante gi kurakot ghapon.. haha. wala na... ni kick in na ang survival mode sa mga pinoy, it's a dog-eat-dog world.
