For me Robert Kiyosaki has good points but some of his teachings are not consistent about long term and short term investments.
I better follow Xuan Nguyen's coaching than this people who don't even coach me what to do in actual.

some of kiyosaki's teachings lead to the Financial Crisis of U.S. - did you know that?![]()
Really? How come? Where did you get this idea, wealthyhead? I haven't read his book yet...
I know that, he endroses Sub Prime years ago in the US. That is why I don't totally believe on some of his views.
Better find a real coach, an actual coach.
YouTube - Robert Kiyosaki - New Rules of Money, Part 3/7: Why Savers A <-- this is ridiculus, I don't believe on his point maybe the point of his savings has no interest rate. LOL! The value of your money won't go down if you know the right vehicles. How about I will put my money more than the inflation rate? He is not a real coach for me.
He just want to sell his books. LOL! He became millionaire by selling his books, not the actual investing side.
I'm for Warren Buffet since I can duplicate how he did it in terms of investing. But for Robert Kiyosaki, I can't duplicate in selling books. Hehehe
part of kiyosaki's book, opened my eyes to reality about financial I.Q., and business mindset, but i think in most of his books, he talks of in behalf of his own point of view and experience, which is kinda disadvantageous since other pipol take it as FACT,TRUTH and PERFECT. but in fairness, he is a good book salesman.hehehehe
Sub-prime financing is one of the main reason for the US financial crisis.
in his book, "Guide to Investing..", Kiyosaki said that Sub-prime Financing is one of the investments of a "Sophisticated Investor" (I don't understand why people should be sophisticated in order to become an investor)
Anyone should have an equal chance to be an investor.
Most millionaires have very simple & boring investment portfolios but who cares, they're millionaires.![]()
Lol, "Sophisticated Investor". Psychology of this word is to show to people how great is his book really. Hehehe!. So that people reading his book will feel great if they read "Sophisticated" which sounds very cool. Hehehe! And buy his books in the market.
I can't duplicate this guy because I don't know how to make books. Hehehe!
Warren Buffet. In investing and also in other areas of life. He has the wisdom and the experience.
Why does it have to be an either/or kind of thing? Why does it have to be one or the other? It's very limiting and it's not constructive at all. They don't even have opposing views....
Why not try to learn from both??!??
I'm sure that between the two of them (Kiyosaki and Buffet), they have tons more valuable insights than all of us here combined. It would be really stupid to brush off any wisdom they can impart...
It is totally irrelevant if Kiyosaki made his millions before, during, or after he wrote his books... Fact remains that he sold more books than many financial gurus and he still continue to sell it whatever we say...There must be some valuable wisdom he can offer if his books are selling like pancakes, right?
As for Buffet, he is this generation's greatest investor, hands down. But if you think that he accumulated his billions by ascribing to the conventional wisdom of diversification, try reading his books, you may be in for some surprise...
But then, all they are imparting are their wisdom accumulated through their years of experience and learning. It's all really up to us to discern and discriminate. But in order to learn, it is vital to be open minded....![]()
