my hubby and i are into long distance relationship since last week and so far, we're doing fine...i'm out of the country now...though on the first few nights i was crying all time bec. i terribly miss him BUT somehow we still find a way to communicate...i even bought a mobile just to keep in touch with him thru txt, i text him thru e-mail also via chikka, call him on sundays, while he calls on wednesdays...sometimes though he calls me just to say good nyt..all the expenditures for the communication thingy are worth it and though 1 yr. is quite long to wait, i'm positive that we can make it with the help of technology and God Almighty...

you know what, makahilak man pud ta sa inyo situation oi....gravehhhh...na touch kaau ko....pro u know what, bilib kaayo ko ninyo... i know love jud ninyo both and i belive that mo succeed jud mo sa inyo relationship....just continue to pray lang maam and im sure makaya ra ninyo ni tanan....just keep the flame burning in your heart and let God be the center sa inyo realationship.... lisud au ang long distance..naay tyms nga nahan jud ka mo touch or hug sa imo partner pro dili jud kay wala sa imo tupad..i've xperienced 8..it didn't work obviously...

wah! valentines na pud! i'm still without a date, well if you count my bestfriends, naa na date. hehhe

having this type of relationship is difficult, but i've never been happier experiencing this kind of difficulty in my entire life. i love the guy, and i know he loves me, and even though the last time we saw each other was last May of 2004, the relationship is still working. we take turns calling each other, sending each other emails, exchanging text messages, and chatting if naay taas nga time.

of course there are times when i really need him near me, labina naa if i have a problem or naay makaaway and wala ko'y ma-istoryahan at the moment, and calling him would be expensive kay taas gud kaayo ang i-istorya. by the time, makaistorya ug taas2x sa chat, solve na ang problem, or ang anger sa isa ka person ni-subside na. meaning, na-bahaw (or na-lamaw) na ang balita.

but we've learned to accept the situation, wala man pud mi mabuhat if magsige kuyog, dili jud katigom. magsige kuyog, sige pud ka-broke. of course, there's this saying "bahalag saging basta loving" but if naay mabuhat sa situation bahala na ug malayo, why not take the chance. anyway, dili man pud forever nga long-distance. if naa nay sakto nga tigom, my bf can always work here or ako bay apas niya when we're married na.

he's coming back this summer, vacation for a month. after that, next summer na pud mi magkakita. it may be lonely, but it's not that lonely jud, we have our work to keep us occupied for the months that we are apart. we're set in making this relationship work out, anha na mi mo-surrender if dili na jud kaya, pero samtang makaya pa, go go go.

i know what it feels like being in your situation.. been there, done that..

but at least you guys see each other every year.. at least d kaau bug-at..

i agree with you, GASTO jud f long-distance relationship..

but yeah, long-distance relationship wouldn't be forever.... of course not..
