almonds, yogurt, protein bar, boiled na saging (saba), grilled chicken breast, peanuts, peanut butter, avocado, tinuwa/sinugbang isda (kanang diha sa SM dapit) grilled squid.. daghan pa pero kapoy nag type. LOLZ!
