if you flashed the bios and something happened during flashing that interrupted it and made it "dili na mo run", there might still be hope without resorting to other "harder" solutions.
there is a part in the bios which is called bootblock bios. this portion of the bios is the safety mechanism of the bios for failed bios upgrades. before, you could bring back your board to life by using a floppy drive and putting a bat file script to reflash the bios. the script would depend on what bios you are using,phoenix ba or award or whatever. when you turn the pc on, the pc will boot from the floppy and it will start the bios saving process. if you attach a pci video card you will be able to see the bios "saving" progress.
nowadays, i don't know what they use in the absence of floppys but other motheboard manufacturers, MSI is one of them, use a usb drive to replace the floppy.
try to look at the Intel site to see how you can recover the bios.
