Why Guys are not honest when it comes to their love lives?

A lot of guys do not say out loud that they are already in committed relationships..Several reasons for this may include the fact that they do not want to be viewed as "off the market", in case there are potentials around..

There might be some guys who do not say it because they prefer to keep their personal lives for themselves..However, I think that when someone asks a guy if he is taken or not, the guy have every responsibility to his gf to be honest about it..

i don't know if i should resent this statement or not, coz i don't know if your generally speaking or your being specific to a group of male population only. But this could really apply to just about anyone, not just males but females as well.

The reason why some people don't want to be honest when it comes to their love life is because of a lot of things.

1. the phrase... "collect, collect, and select", it's in the person's nature to be this way.
2. their personallity gets in the way, i.e. some guys tend to believe that sharing their personal lives w/ anyone would make them less of a "man".
3. some people are just fickle minded and couldn't make up their mind and couldn't choose who they really want. Take for example julian, one of the characters in only you.
4. some people are just plain old harsh and selfish, thinking only for their own benefit.

There are still a lot of facts out there, instead of asking why, you should try to ask the question how, How to these type of people do it? so that you will know how to spot these type of people, and be better prepared the next time you meet these kinds of people.
