the planet earth lived millions of years than we know and still stands no matter what but human race? keeps creating things that can eradicate our own race. we are the problem and we are the solution.

i wonder why mods moved this thread from "politics and current events" to "general discussions"?
i think global change and saving the environment is an important ongoing event that affects all of us. it even take some political will for the government to initiate and implement actions that could save the environment.
i do think that global warming and the environment should have bigger audience to create awarenessto more people. earth is our only planet and there is a clear and urgent need for us to act. let's show some concern. our future generation will benefit from what we will do today.
mods... i hope you can give some importance to this pressing issue and event we are facing today. if you think that the "general discussion" section is the best place for this thread, then it is okay with me as long as we can send the message to more people. thanks.
