i wanna know about civil marriage

Mga inday ug dodong to those who know...is it true na dili na daw pwede i held ang civil ceremony outside sa courthouse confused ko kay i read somewhere naay mga peeps pwede, naa pud dili. which is which man jud mga ate ug kuya?pls help.

pwede man...my bro, catholic mi, married someone who is a sabadista and since no one is willing to convert, decision was to have a civil wedding and it was held sa usa ka garden...
