col. oppus is a great policeman. na awardan sab ang tagbilaran city police station ana kaniad2 sa sya pa ang city police station commander before sya na transfered sa lapu-lapu

oppus is good and many others sad but there is corruption behind why lapulapu city became the best police station.

as long as "mo-purchase" ang mayor sa ilang kinahanglan such as the construction of a new police station, new gear, new firearms, had their SWAT trained by foreign consultants, new vehicles, etc.. dako gyud ug chance ma contender ka for this title.

it's not that oppus has extraordinary skills but he is in the right position at the right time with the right mayors.

what does the mayor of lapulapu & tagbilaran have in common? do the math, it's that simple!

btw, if i'm not mistaken, Cebu City bagged this title a couple of times a few years ago when Tomas was mayor.
