Try lang pod, kung naka gamit ka ug Angry IP Scanner (im not sure kung mao ni exact name) i run sa imong PC then makita nimu ang list sa gigamit nga IP sa whole network.

Ang akong gibuhat sa una sa galisod nako before nako na kat-on akong gi shut down ang usa ka avaya then gikuha tanan settings then akong i butang sa akong avaya. So wala nay conflict kay ang settings para sa iyang phone naa na sa akoa. Pero ma trace gihapon nila kinsa ga gamit kay makita man sa VNC kinsa ga gamit sa extension then sakspan ka. Heheheh.

Or sa ubang Avaya kuhaa ang settings then i copy nalang mga settings pero lahi ang IP sa imong phone. Para maka adto ka sa settings sa Avaya i unplug ang power source then mo restart na siya then i press ang asterisk sige then naay configuration mo gawas ana (IP, extension). Then i type na nimu ang settings like the IP, extension, router etc. Ang akong na notice lang is maski naka range imong IP sa network but kung ang IP wala gi assign para sa Avaya dili gihapon siya mo connect sa avaya server. Tricky kaau mao ask lang pod advise sa ubang certified sa avaya.

Dugay dugay na pod ko wala na ka troubleshoot ug Avaya kay daghan trabaho karon.

actually, AVAYA certifications can be taken in cebu (any PEARSON VUE exam centers). Kung ganahan jud mo mutake, I suggest to take CTP or CompTIA first. These are the core exams for your AVAYA professional certification followed by one of the credited AVAYA elective exam.

i prefer avaya certs than cisco certs

unfortunately its skyrocketing expensive

avaya telephony solution is better than cisco's , cisco's telephony is trash

cisco's name is just overhyped

sometimes naa beta exam ang AVAYA, this is free but number of questions is much more than the exam with fee. Its still credited though, if you can pass beta exams.
