You should grab every oppurtunity there is to offer. It took me a year to find a job, I started small time but when you have the fire, you will be successful. For me it ain't matter when you start small or big time, what you need is to write someting on the JOB EXPERIENCE section of your resume because that MATTERS.

ok na nga starting labi na kung wa kay experience, nindot na,. mostly ang offeran ug 15-18 k kay nanay experience,12-15thou sa mga newbies.
