Question : pla ka days/months after sa last stud manganak ang dog?

average is 60 days pregnancy in canine. 58 days earliest and 62 days the most. less than 58 and more than 62; less likely the puppies have a chance of survival.

so depends on how many times the bitch has been studded. if it was studded 3 times to make it safe; count 58(least) days from the first time it was studded and the most is the last time is was studded add 62(most) days.

so if it was studded only once, thats easier to count hence you only have to count 60 days then +/-(plus or minus) 2(to make it 58 to 62).

my puppy is also a shipoo and short pa kaayo ang iya fur.. at 2 months i was expecting the fur to be a bit longer or at least close to touching the floor. but wala pa.. in theory, i think ni dominate ang poodle gene sa fur that probably the reason dili kaayo taas iya fur. but soo curly and fluffy. hehe..

@maryann_19: did you happen to buy from a woman named Naomi? my pup was also born at March 26, 2009. i think igso.on ako puppy with yours. hehe..

amo shipoo dili mn curly.. straight rah iyang hair.. but ni.taas2 na cya "gamay" unlike before but layo pjud kaau sa floor. murag wala pa ka abot ug 1inch ang gitas.on sa iyang hair....

if you haven't tried to cut ur shihpoo's hair, it would appear straight but once u cut it really short or have her groomed, it would start to appear curly on the roots then straight to the tips when the hair grows back... it would take more time for it to grow really long and tons of maintenance to keep it long since nga its hair has the tendency to curl making it prone to matting, when that happens, u wont have any choice but to cut it short again and again.

i mean, our puppy is scheduled for his 2nd parvo shot tom (june, dn wla pmi money sa ako bro ky wala p ngpadala ako mama.. tuesday p ya mgpadala, so mga tuesday(june9) p nmo cya ma pa vaccinan...

okay ra na. end shot na bitaw. ayaw lang kaayo ug ilaag or socialize with other dogs sa while dili pa complete ang shots

if u want it to grow long ayaw lang pirmi i-cut kai dugay kaayo mo grow back and since naa man jud na cya poodle na blood di jud kalikayan ang pag curl, just brush it everyday as in... i also have shihpoo pups here and all of them have straight hair right now but there is still a big possibility that when they grow up, the roots would curl... especially on the lower half of the body. my male shihpoo have straight hair on his head but on the lower half of his body, the hair's roots are curly and the tips straight but when the hair does grow long di naman kaayo mabantayan ang pagkacurly coz sa roots ra man ang curl...
