Anyway, the Spurs have to wait until the playoffs to rightfully claim that they still have enough firepower to win the championship two in a row.

it's gonna be an exciting western conference playoffs, with the Suns expecting Amare suiting up in a couple of months (i doubt it if he'll be a 100% come playoff time), and Dallas is improving every aspect of their game. i believe Houston can still make the playoffs, i won't discount Houston and Memphis making upsets in the first round.

i believe the spurs would defend their throne... they have the hearts & a spirit in the finals... they will make big plays & even create an effective strategic scheme to whoever their opponents (especially pistons).. :mrgreen:
