Really depends on where I'm going - or ug naay dress code and bar/club. Pero jeans and a buttoned-down shirt with its sleeves folded is what I usually wear when I go out. A button down shirt always looks decent and presentable and always appropriate - unless, of course, if you're going to a Heavy Metal or Punk show.
