was browsing a local classifieds site here in cebu when i saw this ad title:

LOOKING FOR A SHITSU PUPPIES...

here is the detail:

i am a ten years old girl and i am looking for a shitsu puppies less than 1,000 pesos girl f u nhave just call this 423-0226 number and look for en-en t.y

murag mix 10-40% shih tzu ang makit-an nimo ani dhay. kabalo ba imo parent or guardian about this na youre looking for a dog/puppy? kay having a dog is a REAL LIFE commitment baya.

ang 10 year old, kabalo na sad mo pili ug shih-tzu dah. ang ako ani kay ma maintain unta aning bata ang grooming needs sa pup/dog. otherwise its a very good start for the kid.

ive sold my shih tzu pup to a young couple bcoz der little daughter like it so much, at first a was concern bcoz it like both parents dont have interest of d pup, its just was a little girl wish to have a puppy shih tzu, as time passed der helper buy some dogfood looking for what is the cheapest available for it wow! ngita ug barato na dogfood after mga 7-9mos i saw the shih tzu full of hair matting, it was brought for grooming simple bcoz they cannot handle anymore d matting, sakita sa ako dughan oi, not much of a choice ako gidala sa amo ang dog ang shave the hair na opaw tawn ang shih tzu...

paet jud ni ingani pa tuga2x ug palit para sa ilang anak dayun dili atimanun..

mao nahikurat bitaw ko sa post niya sa pikas na site; 10 years old then ST ang nahan. unwanted foreseen circumstance gyud mao ning mahitabo na mag matting, not the right nutrition, un-socialized, etc. maayo ang parents unta ang nag GROOM sa ila anak to be inclined with dogs.

Yes, Shih Tzus need daily brushing but you have to use the slicker brush. It penetrates the inner coat and takes away dead hair. For smooth, soft, fluffy and glossy coat, use a good quality shampoo. You can choose from among these brands - sergeant, four paws, aristopet.

Hi! I just want to comment regarding slicker brush.. In most articles that I have read regarding Shih Tzu grooming and from friends who go to shows, they do not use slicker brush often. It is good to take away dead hair but if used frequently it promote hair breakage.. Best is to use a metal pin brush regularly and the metal comb to check if naa mat nga ni form.

unsa man e hatag sa doggie para nindot iya coat makalagot kaau amo shitzu kai mag tangle mangud iya buhok...sa shampoo guro noh? duda kow ana gud. mag tangle iya hair. bati na nuon kaau. unsai nindot nga shampoo nga dili au mahal?

shih tzus need to be brushed on a daily basis. use pin brush.. not slicker brush.. then follow with a metal comb to make sure that wala mat (tangle). a dirty coat can also be a consideration nga mag mat.. dirt collector baya ang atong mga tzu best is to shampoo and make it clean, then conditioner.. then dry up the coat fully by brushing / combing.

mao sad. not being judgemental on this. tingali ang bata na 10 year old kay long dreamed(lets say 4 years nya na dream) to have a ST.

pero for a shih tzu nga less than 1k; CHEAP SHOT strategy gyud ni.

naa diha tingali sa robinsons sky walk, ask them what ang breed mo ingon ug shih tzu. ask them kon pure, mo tubag sad ug "aw O kaayo, purebreed gyud ni, tag 800 pesos ra". atot; kani gyud mga taga robinsons kon imo pangutan-on kon pure ba or dili tubag dayon ug "OO". pildi pa man ang mga certified judge sa PCCI conformation shows kay at a very early age ma determine man nila kon pure ba or dili ehhehhe.

ang ako sad aning mga taga robinsons kon maka kita tingali ni ug pure gyud na ST na 1 month old; then ask them "what breed is this?"; mo ingon tingali ug "bulldog" na. nyahahahha. kay YAKMO man ang simod. :P
