If only USC had free dormitory and meal allowance, I could have referred to them 2 Cameroonians: a 6'6", 18 year old center and a 6'3", 21 year old combo guard. That 6'6" center Abdul Kharim is now in residency at UST and I think the other one, Aziz Mbeumoki is in Fatima College in Manila.

@allday(deputy comish), clarification lang sa rules on residency:

1. There was an article in a local daily before competition started last year stating that even kadtong fresh graduates will still go through 1 year residency if mobalhin sila. Citing that rule, dapat sit out pa si Rogado this season for UC and not play in the CeSAFI. If nakaduwa na ug 4 years sa USPF si Moncrief then wala na siya'y playing years mahabilin since counted man na as a playing year ang residency year.

2. Which also brings us to the situation of Christian Rez. Rez have suited up for UC already before. If mobalhin siya ug CeSAFI-member school dapat sit out sad siya 1 year. And I've been told gikan na sad diay na siya sa USC. Unsa man nga years ang ma consider nga residency years niya ug unsa ang dili counted as residency year kay I suppose naa implication sa iya number of playing years left.
