Dili ko mu agree ani na statement bro. Kabalo nata sa panahon karon daghan kayu og buang. If ako ang foreigner considering na walay proper identification na police ka or assuming na wala ka nag uniform. How can you be so sure na proper authority ka? I'm not convince on this statement.....

To make you convinced on the statement then you have know more on the CODES APPLICABLE . Thats why I said I just dont have the balls to do it kay ug naa pa ... mapuno ang city jails nato turning over people who doesnt abide the law of the land . Like I said , you dont have to be a cop to do such thing unless the scenario needs real law enforcements like hostage takings , speed chasing , shootouts etc .

Remember sa Japan and Korea policemen were only carrying handcaps and
batuta with proper uniform including traffic enforcers. Dili ana ka violente ni sila bro as i've noticed when i was in there place. I was interogated by their police also for violating their traffic rules in a very nice and proper way.

First things first , go back to where we started because AFAIK .. na misunderstood ko nimo . I never said I will kill them instead of booking them .
